My name is Ashtyn Kleinschmit and at 19 years old, inspired by my father’s custom homebuilding career, I founded Primrose. From job sites filled with energy and creativity, I learned the importance of personal touches and storytelling in every build.

Primrose homes reflect the soul of their clients, with thoughtful, often eccentric details that elevate daily living into lasting experiences.

    I rely on 3D renderings for almost every project—they’re such a fast, clear way for homeowners to understand the design and make confident decisions. Contractors love them too, since they give a real sense of the finished space.

  • I’d love to create a home with a bridge breezeway running through it, letting a garden or waterfall weave its way beneath. It’s a space where nature becomes part of daily life, making the home feel alive, peaceful, and uniquely memorable.
